its easy, if uve learnt once u can pick it up real fast, also if you are following that routine you dont have to swim alot. Id say half an hour should be enough, although that number depends on the intensity of your workout at night. Swimming tends to drain you like nothing else. AND DONT EAT LIKE A PIG AFTER YOU SWIM !!! get some cereal , i use weetabix (or used to when i was doing that) maybe an egg or two with that and some fruit after a while.
If you want to loose weight and really get a toned firm slim body, both guys and girls then spinning is the best u can do! Spinning classes with an instructor at a gym, three times a week, and u will have 0% fat on ur body in 2 months time.
Well I have a personal trainer and she told me that although running on the treadmill is a good workout, you in fact add body mass and its better to like light jog or speed walk on a treadmill at an incline. For example I usually walk at around 4.6km and increase the incline by 2 every two minutes or walk for 3 minutes and sprint for 2 minutes in intervals for however many minutes, usually 30-45 is what I do.
Eliptical is an excellent workout and I havent heard any negatives about it

I have a huge thing about my upper arms, I dont care about bikinis etc (ok yea im besharam so shoot m ein the forehead) around other girls, but thighs and upper arms are suckyyyyy, its cause of that whole flabby thing again, I think i need a tummy tuck uff arm tuck uff thigh tuck..but that leaves you infertile.
Where was I? Oh yes, you can buy shorts that cover up the ass and thigh area, but NOTHING for the upper arms! How bakwas is that. Sara design me one and ill buy it and then ill markett it for you and then we'll make millions. Honestly, which smart khota assumed that all girls were happy with wearing lycra tight cossies. I bet it was a man :=p
I love getting on the elliptical. The treadmills make my ankle hurt after I run/jog on it and I don't feel like I've done anything. I prefer the elliptical any day of the week!
im on a good healthy and safe diet ...so i wanted share some tips...
no whole milk! go for skim milk , 2%, or low fat,,
if u eat cereal in the morning then go for something like raisen bran, cheerios w/ or w/out honey, or honey bunches of oats is good ..
u can also try Oat Meal
like my favorite snack is raisin oatmeal cookies...i lov them
if u relli wanna eat a paratha juss get whole wheat 'atta'
and whole weat bread
what i think is really important is to eat natural foods
i dont mean that u grow carrots in ur backyard or something... i mean have a small amount of butter instead of margerine...and have a glass of regular pepsi instead of diet ,
dont forget quality is more important then quantity

so after breakfast i excercise with rukhsana on breakfast with nadia khan ...and luckily i have a treadmill at home so im on that (brisk walking) for an hour or so...until the show finishes
brisk walking: about 3 mph, u lose 100 cals in 15 minutes, and 33 fat cals in 15 minutes,,,
after that i make a fresh juice with my juicer mostly of tomatoes carrots apples and some orange juice and V8 (veg juice) added
later i eat a full meal for dinner but i drink water and no other caffienated soft drinks ...
for a snack sometime i eat chips just a little...
i dont go to sleep with a full stomach ! thats horrible...i make sure i dont eat anything after 8:30
