yeah running is the key to burn calories fast..and the best place to run is on grass as it won't cause knee pain like running on concrete or any other hard surface can .i was running on hard surfaces for the last 7 years so my knees started to talk, but now i've switched to grass and the knee pain has disappeared..most distance runners prefer grass for training to avoid injuries
Its better than being in a stinky gym looking at stinky skinny ass girls who workout to tone
I have heard its good to run on the beach, cuz it makes you workout harder.
Treadmill became boring for me too until I started cranking up the gradient to like 9/10 ... so what I do on the treadmill is jog uphill for a few minutes, come down slow jog on flat for a minute, spead it up to a sprint for a few minutes, slow down, go uphill again - this gives a brilliant workout. Do this after warming up though ie slow jog for few minutes.
i listen to a vast variety .. i have about 70 songs in my player and they range from backstreet boys ‘larger than life’ to nusrat fateh ali’s kinna sona to RDB’s remixes and abrar’s hoye hoye..
GENERALLY most of them are fast with drums.. but it depends.. for me hardest part is the running, so i listen to a lot of soothing tunes like braveheart’s bagpipes or enya’s remixes of braveheart…
yup.. running on beach sand is REALLY tough.. another tough is to get into water so its just below your knees.. like 2-3 inches, and run in that water..
excellent suggestion.. though i cant swim but love water to a passion.. learnt swimming back in childhood.. so i guess in lifedeath situation it would kick in back, but dunno .. and have no ‘valid’ time to go for classes..
