Re: …Car Lovers…
Shikra:
I have a question.
My car was flooded due to Hurricane Katrina and the insurance company declared it “totaled”. Now I have to buy a new car and I am thinking of buying a BMW. I know it’s a very expensive car and I was checking out some prices and the thing that surprised me the most is this: Even the BMWs that had close to 100K miles on them were around 18000 - 20000 dollars. I was looking at 2002 and 2003 models. Mostly 3 series. How come they are still priced very high after so many miles but on the other hand Accords etc. lose their value very fast. Is it because BMW engines are SO GOOD that they can perform much more than 100K?
Usually cars start to die and to give problems after 100K but do BMWs not? How long usually do they drive before they start giving problems? Any advises which series to buy and what to look out for?
Well, me being a hi-fi car expert and all :fraduia:… I suggest you buy the BMW 740IL.
That’s because my daddy has it
It’s a big big car and the doors are huge kasme I have to use both of my feet to pry them open when I’m getting out…But it’s pretttyyy
