seems like you have generic driver , which version of windows do you have ? I need to know so that I could guide you to get the right driver for right version of windows.

Here is the link chose the right driver for 32 or 64 bits and download and install it.

i had 32bit previously…now i m downloading 64bit…do u i have to chk other versions too?

Most probably you have 32 bit so you need to install that version.
