Now i must tell you that Mirch is my multi and we compliment each other.
My Uncle was laughing and enjoying life while suffering from stage 4 cancer. But he didn't know at that point that he had cancer! Then few days after he had a fever and had a blood test. Then we found out he had cancer...and so late! The Docs were shocked that he was still walking! He died just 2 weeks after that.
What stage 4 cancers are curable?

As it is mentioned above by Icon, stage 4 just means a classification based on certain criteria.
It does not mean terminal or inability to cure.
The worst cancers are from GI tract specially pancreas but does not mean others are easy to treat.
Prostate cancers and certain blood cancers for example are 'curable' with appropriate treatment even if they are far advanced. (Read about bone marrow transplant BMT for various cancer treatment, this has provided many 'cures'..... but has its own problems too)
One has to differentiate between being cured than having the cancer in dormant (sleepy) stage. Meaning, even if the 'cure' has been declared, regular surveillance is still needed.
