An internship at a travel agency (office work + computer management) that also earned me credit for a class in high school. I was 17 back then. Earned minimum wage $5.15/hr. After working for many months, I was hoping for a raise. I did get one and the day I got it, the owner/boss was very excited. She said “oh did you notice something on your paystub?:D” … I looked at it again and said no 
She said look, you got a raise! You will now earn $5.25/hr. I had to put fake smile on and say thanksss!
