See..Janab…Army is not present in other states of India. Becuase there are no state sponsosred terrorists and killings of innocents. I completely agree that there could be some collateral damage. But you can not completely generalize Indian army like Pak army’s involvement in millions of Bangalis massacre. No terrorism then no army..it is that simple.
