Parsees (or spell Parsis) are zoarashtrians from Persia who are settled in India and also parts of Pakistan.

I don’t know about the yogurt Masada part. But they do allow vultures (or other animals) to consume their flesh. Decades ago I saw an open well in Churchgate Mumbai which was supposed to be their burial site.
