Seriously girls for losing weight cut those carbs even if its for like 2 weeks you will see good results! obviously replacing them with fruits and vegetables and the like and lots of water! The vibration machine is pretty good!
Nadz-forget the DVD just do the aerobics classes 4-5 times a week and improve your diet. you will see changes.
