So would that count as a drop in 1 size or 2..

am doing all the stomach exc..im ok everywhere except stomach,…so annoying…

Yeah like stated above, atleast downsizing one size would be a great achievement! The last thing you would want is to lose so much weight in the space of 2 months and be left with dull liveless skin, and mangly hair where you body hasn't been recieving the right nutrients.

Eat healthy - plenty of fruit and veg. Drink plenty of water for the skin, and EXERCISE. Thats the main factor, I can't stress it enough. Exercise will help you in many ways than one.

do jilliam michaels 30 day shred religiously every day its amazingly tough but amazingly affective.

Go online and calculate your BMR take 500 calories from it and eat that many calories a day for me its like 1200 calories and do the 30 day shred it works amazingly!

as long as you stick to it that is!

i meant jillian michaels 30 day shred excercise video.

I have done it for 10 days and i lost 4kg and like an inch of my body.

But i have been doing it properly everyday and dieting.

Go on youtube and search it.

It comes in 3 levels, 1 is the easiest and do that for 10 days then level 2 then level 3.

They are only like half an hour long and work great.

You need hand weights but i use juice cartons or filled up bottles of water instead.

I think cadio is key. I ran for 20 mins everyday for 1 week and lost atleast 5lbs. Cardio will make you lose the weight on your stomach. Strengethening your ab muscles is great but it won't help you reduce alone.

whats your diet like....and you lost 8lbs in 1 week? HOW?

it is fantastic for a flat stomach! it works on abs, cardio and stenght.

but girlies ( and maybe guys) its TOUGH you will grunting and sweating so do it when the fam is out.

My diet is 1200 calories which is right for me to lose weight. You should take away 500 from your BMR (basal metabolic rate) which you calculate online just search in google.

ok so breakkie

1 bowl porridge and juice, or boiled anda and wholemeal bread ( do not be eating white bread its bad for you) and maybe a yoghurt.

lunch:

salad with chicken or fish or prawns or whatever i feel like
or soup, or tandoori chicken with no oil grilled

just be sensible and eat healthy!

lots of fruit

Dinner.

Whatever salan my mum cooks if im at home and salad- i dont eat carbs so no rice and bread for me. The only time i eat carbs is breakfast.

if im not at home its usually grilled fish and chicken and some salad or cous cous on the side.

I drink 8 glasses of water a day. You must drink loads it honestly helps you lose weight.

If you want to have a naughty snack it should not be more than 200 calories but dont have 1 every day.

Have one cheat meal every week. I save this for saturday nights where there are usually dawats.

Dont eat carbs before bed.

The rule is simple.

If you have an energy deficit you will lose weight.

so my BMR is 1800 which means if just sit all day my body uses 1700 calories in its normal functioning.

My diet is 1200 calories so im already in a deficit of 500! i excercise using the 30 day shred video i would say thats like 300-500 calories. so im in a deficit of 800!

I'm happy with my weight but I'd just like a more toned stomach. However, will try and follow ur diet, but cutting out the carbs is going to be really hard since its all I live on!!!

if you dont want to lose anything dont go diet as extreme as mine!

I'm about 8 and half stone and abt 5ft6

In terms of diet I basically live on junk atm becasue of exam stress, but I don't put any weight (think thats because of my mums genes that I got :-)

I just want to tone u, especially around the stomach area...because its looking a bit like a pot belly (although that description might be a bit extreme). But I have read that to tone up and especially in terms of getting a flattre stomach u do need to cut out the carbs.

ok you are very slim then!

so drink loads of water it helps get rid of excess water.

Eat more protein in your diet so have less rice and more chicken for example.

You dont have to cut out the carbs to get a toned stomach you have to cut out the junk.

SO cut out crisps, chocolate, fizzy drinks ( these are the enemy)

dont necessarily eat less but eat better, when you want to snack get some fruit, yoghurt or make a little healty snack....channa is great!

so:

1) atleast 8 glases of water a day
2) more protein
3)less junk
4) work out every day

the video is fantastic for a flat stomach so go for it!
