Re: can u identify this pic? lets see if u can...part 12
i knew the answer. when i was a kid i used to eat those mango flowers.
really? wow! they were pretty bitter/sour. i did that as well. i miss those days in ma village when i and my friends used to go to our mango orchards and wait for a tree-ripe mango to fall and then the Olympic race to get it would start :D
Re: can u identify this pic? lets see if u can...part 12
OMG. How many mangoes did you prevent from coming into being.
I wonder if the Maali ever found out. :)
more than 75% baby mangoes [kerriyaaN] are lost in sand storms and heavy winds. if all the flowers become mangoes, there will be no place to keep them :D
Re: can u identify this pic? lets see if u can...part 12
Interesting and true.
But one can never have enough Desi Mangoes.
On related subject, one of these days, Pakistanis will get their act together and the best mango in the world will be available in US also.
Can't wait another year.

**we have been getting both Indian and Pakistani mangoes for decades in ethnic stores in Canada but recently i've seen them in major Canadian Stores.
since i grew up in India, i'm used to the tastes of Indian mangoes so i prefer them over Pakistani mangoes. love *langRaa, chausa, maliHabadi dussehrii and safeda* :) YUMMY! :)

i hate maxican mangoes which we get here. they have no taste or smell.
smell is very important for a mango.
