mostly we get badaam in our house.
other than langra i love the skinny ones which you have to put in a balti of water before you eat them.
i guess they are called dashari.

I have never tried alfonso but it is supposed to be the best of the best.
it is sold for 400 rupees for one piece.

True. Never thought of it that way.
But I figure Aams are rarer than Andaas, so are more precious. :)
