share the plates to which they eated in. (islamwise, ethicwise, moralwise,individually…)

Islamically yes. In fact it is highly recommended that muslims eat out of the same plate. [Even if there are germs from the phlegm the husband transferred into the daal when it accidentally fell from his nose when he was licking his fingers. It’s the wife’s duty to swallow that phlegm or she will be questioned. Truly.]
