Prophet Muhammad :saw: told Muslims not to adopt any thing from non-Muslim, that can create some confusions about being Muslims. (Those are of course for halaal stuff)
We have our set of names, follow them strictly, although those are same names, but with a spelling and accent that have a stamp of non-Muslims, so you need to ask yourself whether its good to follow Islamic heritage or follow non-Muslim’s heritage.
Be proud to be Muslim and show the world what we are.

yes according to most maulvis any name that does not have shirk is fine. that's y when sum ppl with names like that convert they don't have to change them becoz the meaning is the same.. just another language.

Its a crap, those moulvi have no knowledge, leave those moulvi and consult with some Muslim scholar.
It may allowed for reverts only for the reason of family names only, not that they keep their middle names same as before.
George W. Bush has no shirk in it, are you going to give this name to your kid ? according to those fake moulvi ?
learn something about Islamic names, before posting such thing.
