My grandmother is really ill and I’m so scared for her. She’s probably so scared and confused and I don’t want her to feel pain. Any prayers would be appreciated.Thanks.

May Allah swt give your grandma sabr and shifa, i lost my nani two weeks ago so i understand your pain of seeing your loved one not well and in pain. Inshallah your gran recovers may Allah swt bless her with a long life with health ameen x

Aww been there so I totally understand. Inshallah, your grandmother will recover soon, I'll keep her in my prayers.

Jazakallah for the kind words. She is such a lively woman and one if her biggest fears was to become bedridden. She had a stroke and she can't even speak properly even though she's trying so hard. But mashallah her limbs are weak but fine. I just don't want her to suffer so much so I hope she regains her mobility and speech again.

I got sent back from the hospital and I can't even sleep. It took us so long to figure out her legs and feet were hurting and that her mouth was so dry. I was pressing them for her and I'm so worried no one else is going to be able to continue for prolonged periods of time. And she can't swallow so only dabbing her lips with water works. This is so painful to watch.
Lots of prayers for her speedy and full recovery.

Sit by her head side and recite Surah Fatihah softly, while rubbing your right hand over her forehead each time your complete it and blow softly on her forehead. You can do this continuously ...
