this is easy - OFCOURSE GOD CAN.

Man can create objects he cannot lift…alone or with others’ involvement. (eg: house, furniture…)

So creating something one cannot lift is really no big deal.

That is just a depiction of human mind’s thinking, he can’t go beyond what he sees i.e. kunwayn ke maindak. God does not need ‘muscles’ like us, so no question of ‘lifting’.
