ONE HALEEM BOWL
ONE Chicken kardi which has 2 pices chicken
and one tanoori rooti ..
and all other pakistani meals if any body knows about other meals type the name and calories too
and if one person eats biyani then how many he or she have to work out for burn calories for a day

Instead I suggest you eat leaves, figs etc...

biryani have 600-800 calories... and if you walk 5 miles in 30 mins you will burn 360 calories

ONE THINK I DONT eat all these stuff but some times , i want eat so all samoosa biryani and all pakistani dishs so that day i forget my dieting n eat :( so then i want to excersice for burn my calories ///

I guess treadmills have a mileage meter so you can count how much you walked on it for how much time…
well here is a simple rule..
if you walk 1 mile… u will burn 4 calorie multiplied by the time taken in minutes..
for example…
1 miles in 5 mins = 4 x 5 => 20 calories burnt

every one said quite rooti in ur daily meal and eat rookha salan without rice and rooti so its difficult for me suggest what easly i can eat without rooti or chawal … i acctully cant quite rooti in my one meal so then what i can do suggest me

Roti have 100 calories.. but tandoori roti have only 60 calories
and rice have 140-160 calories... but chicken (two drumsticks) have 400 calories... so that it is nearly 600 calories in a full plate of biryani which is a complete meal
