cornflakes, bread, jam, etc + all types of fruit are healthy nutrition and will not help u increase ur fats

and if you walk 5 miles in 30 mins you will burn 360 calories
that's about 6 mins per mile! impossible to do while walking and if that is accomplished i bet it will be more calories then that.
Pink- i would recommend you join myfitnesspal and log your foods there .
