1.. so...... first make sure that r u the only one in office who's getting such signs/ signals ??
2.. don't say anything to her straight away either at work place or on phone or if u guys go out somewhere.
3.. try to become her friend so that she'll open up , this way u could also give her something (presents? ) to make it obvious that u like her .
4.. if all goes well + her family is too conservative than try yr best that they won't know about yr friendship with her ( yup, they might turn down yr proposal)
