If Rural = Interior, then why don't hear Interior Punjab for Rural Punjab. BTW, I heard many ppl saying in Karachi to someone 'Are you going to Sindh'. Thats where the sense of Karachi not being part of Sindh arises.
Moreover, generally they count Hyderabad (Urban area) as also Interior Sindh, so for them except for Karachi, remaining sindh (Urban or Rural) is Interior. Period!

Not giving administrative autonomy caused separation. Please read the history of Pakistan.
Not sure what you mean by first sentence. Are you for or against public approval? If you support that then further division is justified. (Again, division does not mean separation)
I know the history and still learning and what I learned is to respect public opinion whether it is implementation of LG system or division of a province for whatever purposes. My point is demand for division of Punjab and Hazara Division is quite old and has some public and political backing unlike Sindh where neither public nor political parties came with such demand properly. I agree Division is not separation, but division without public opinion and backing may lead to separation.

I can not say much but at least** Bahawalpur** should be restored immediately as a province on their moral,historical,ethical,traditional,legal and democratic rights.
At least we shall respect the agreement between Qauid e Azam and the state.
