i have also started with my course 2, so far its good , more flowers that we are learning !
Can anyone help me with some cake filing ideas , like what kinds of cake filling i can use or i can make by myslef???

fillings i love are...
any flavour instant pudding... it sets well and tastes amazing with cake.
i also like whipped cream and fresh fruit filling.
you can always layer with jam as well if its a light cake.
for fun kids' cakes try marshmallows and chocolate cream... its super decadent but so good!
