From time to time I receive requests from guppies to be made mod. Lets assume I was going to sack phatima1 :stuck_out_tongue: as mod of cafe (I can’t stand her self made jokes :D) and appoint one of you in her place. Convince me why I should and what would you bring to Cafe.

Let the fun begin.

Does not matter…

Phatimah is doing a better job.. atleast better than jonny who comes after 5-6 months to remind us about him and open a thread saying “remember me” :bravo:

I think, at least she does not have to do that :hoonh:

There is a role of a mod in every forum and it is better and it is about time, everyone knows what it is…

Though, I am sensing something else in this thread :slight_smile:

ok ok fine...that would put u in a akward situation....

u should do a poll and whoever gets the most votes wins modship (if they want it)...just like when we vote for a president. i think guppies should have the right to vote for who they want. consider that idea....it'll make everyone happy...dont u think?

Gupshup is not a democracy otherwise, I would have asked you to start a thread and you would know… It is you who is the decider… A decision should be made based on the honesty and dedication… Of course, if that only means others are not honest and dedicated :chai:

:hmmm: well first of all I think phatima1 is a great Mod and sets a good example to most members.

I’m not sure if I can convince you because…well it’s just a natural thing…It’s like teaching someone to whistle..you can’t.

I stick by the rules, I viste the feedback forum regulary to see if I can solve anyones problem and sometime get the reply that why am pertending to be a mod. I answer by saying, you don’t have to be a mod to act like a mod. Mods help people out make this forum easier and make problems disappear (gupshup wise) So I just try to help people out when I can. Mods are normal people but they have one super natural power and that is to lock,close make sticky threads and occasionally ban people.

Well I think Phati is doing a great job as a Mod, however, if u wanted 2 appoint another Mod,.i would like 2 be that person kyunke,..........
