zo min mogelijk cholestrol producten is altijd goed voor je gezondheid.. Let ook op de boter die je gebruikt op brood.. Try to go for the light version of butter for bread.. Vaak zijn lght producten (vooral fizzy drinks) erger dan regular producten.. Hou je een beetje in met olie tijdens het koken.. Ow en teveel mirch masala kan slecht zijn voor je maag.. Geniet.. maar met mate..;) Eet genoeg groente en vis.. Dat zijn toch egt de basisdingen voor een gezond levensstijl..:)
