Well :halo: Today I had… SMARTIES!!! Wahay they were yum. And then I had an M&M Brownie It was well nice!! Haven’t tried the Ferrero Rocher thing yet though

iieeeuuww..HELLLLL NOOOOOO...!! Sonja Bakker is such a bad bad bad diet..! it's fun for a while.. but it's not a healthy long term diet..! Some of my classmate did it.. Talking crap about it after a while.. Have you read the reviews..? And my brother is dietician and sportinstructor (in spe).. he knows what the real thing is.. Hij raadde het sterk af..!

Ehm.. just regular khana peena.. wel goed letten op de ingredienten.. There are some hidden ingredients which can be dangerous for health.. allerlei soorten vetten en zuren.. voedingswaarde in verhouding tot elkaar.. and ofcourse.. bewegen..!

^ Ohh if Im gonna start now I wont be done till sunday.. The thing is my bro gives many tips and advice.. Ik onthoud het vaag.. Ik hou het in mn achterhoofd when I eat of make something.. I just check the label.. Ik ga het echt niet punt voor punt onthouden..=S Het is iig onverzadigde vetten enzo die ‘allowed’ zijn.. maar dat heeft ook weer te maken met welk percentage het is van totaal aantal vetten.. iets in die richting.. About the oils.. you should ask my mom.. Woh unka department hai..
