i had a friend who did IPL for a year and had no results... she has had much more success with laser.
I my self have had 2 sessions of laser and my underarms were amazing... I had almost no regrowth after one session. The rest of the areas are coming along great too. The hair is sooooooo much finer and thin. I am so happy with the results. But I think it is very true that you need to find a qualified person who has worked with your skin type prior too.
