to be honest though, i wouldn’t really recommend it unless your facial hair is very bad (I dount CE’s was, she just had 2 years of terrible IPL and was sort of stuck in the middle, she couldn’t just stop half treated).
my sister’s facial hair is pretty bad, but i’m planning on starting her on some intensive electrolysis.
i wouldn’t normally recommend IPL either but two people i know have had success with the Ellipse I2PL at Laser Hair Removal, IPL Laser Treatment - Knightsbridge Laser Clinic but it costs more than laser and it took them two years, just gradually thinning the hairs. i still don’t think i’d risk it on my sister though. at least with good electrolysis, whatever she has treated will only produce finer hairs and then be destroyed completely. there are no side-effects or the risk of non-success.
