Why not then let Election Tribunals hold by-elections where the results are in serious doubt. Why is IK asking for Parliament to be dissolved and PM to resign, so that elections are held throughout the whole of Pakistan.

Is election tribunal an independent body who can remove MNAs/MPAs on its own and hold by-elections? It has to come through the govt to which NS never agreed.
