u can also get an external DVD, that uses USB to hook-up, and then u dnt have to install it (EXternal means OUTside) loool…just playin but yea.
SD/HDD is good too but i dono how long u can record on it though.. 
depending on the HDD size (8GB-30GB) can record upto 3hrs-37hrs…
