I was happily working when the director of our department came to me and offered me to become his business partner. I need to recruit more partners to start our new business.
**The Business Objective: **To open Hooters restaurants all over Pakistan.
The Vision: We will be Pakistani public’s first choice when selecting restaurants.
**The Mission: **To serve every shehri and paindoo our delicious chicken.
We plan to open hooters in cities as well as villages. However, since it will be in Pakistan, our strategies will differ from the US Strategies. One example would be that no waitresses in traditional clothes (US Hooters Uniform) will be serving the food. Instead, in the cities, the waitresses will wear modern Shalwar Kameez and in villages, they will typically wear burqa until paindoos go wild. We will have to assign security in villages’ hooters but less security in the cities.
We plan to start with Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad and the surrounding villages. The food will be, ofcourse, halal. Coke will still be offered with a napkin around the bottle.

Sara: We will change that, inshallah. Pakistan is going through a revolution and women need as much liberation as men have. I think this trend will help Pakistan progress. Now women will be in charge. Women will be everywhere, from the waitresses to the board of directors. Yes. They will wear modern short and tight shalwar kameez, kind of like PIA flight attendents.
Once women will start bringing more money to home, I am sure men would like to sit home and take care of the children and household duties because we plan to pay the wages in dollars, not rupees. In one day they will earn as much as their husbands earn in one month. You do the math.
