Yeah that’s what you were wishing for and pretty soon your wish will come true. Bush was avoiding a major strike in Iraq due to the fear of criticism before elections. Now I won’t be even surprised if he nukes the whole city of Fallujah.

I agree Agent...
Now, he is gona send U.S. forces into a bloody battle with "Insurgents."
He wasn't willing to make that gamble until being safely re-elected....
If he had....Very well may have blown his chances for re-election.
If ^ correct senario...
.....thing that really bothers me the thought that Bush waited to sacrafice our soldiers in the war he feels absolutely correct about....
if he feels so absolutely morally correct about Iraq...then why the wait until assured of second term?
something about that thought really disturbing....

Where have you been? The tax cuts already have our economy chugging along quite well thank you. Further, historically speaking, tax cuts ALWAYS provide economic stimulation. It worked for Kennedy. It worked for Reagan.

which America do YOU live in mv?? probably the >$200,000/yr America..
Here's some food for thought on the remarkable job growth record of Republicans
[thumb=H]jobsbypresident8042_9472739.JPG[/thumb]
oh btw Shrubya is 'chugging along' nicely in the negatives..
^ well the repub reasoning for the growth under Dem leaders is the good economic policy of previous repub prez. And job loss under repub prez is blamed on the poor economic policies of the previous Dem Prez. It is simple :)
Laura Bush also made a difference. She had a larger appeal to the conservative south. She has "family values" written all over her face. Her opponent Theresa was seen as big city corporate lady with a loud mouth.
PA, in response to your stats myvoice will argue that Republicans take office in recession & fix it for the Democrats who then ride the wave & mess it all up again.
Fine, Bush won - nothing anyone can do about that now - I think it's horrible, personally, to have four more years of that man leading our country.........
Banning gay marriage actually angers me just as much if not more than Bush being re-elected - it's a disgrace. It's shock at what an intolerant, ugly nation we've become - a nation that feels its highest priority is to take the rights away from a minority.
What do you all think about Iraq’s next four years? What will be it’s shape at the end of Bush’s four year term? Will the coalition of the (un)willing increase? Or will US & UK be the only ones left in Iraq in the coming year or two?
Iraq will have Afghanistan like elections.. democracy would be declared as the winner.. Ayad Allawi will win it of course and will accept his victory from a greener zone inside the green zone which will be the only area he controls comprised of coalition forces, journalists and other lackeys who have business interests in Iraq..
The US will get the hell out before it's too late....... and enter Syria..

I think Iran will be first or maybe both with pipe lining process.
It's hard to speculate on the next four years for Iraq.
However, if we were to use Bush's previous 4 years in office and his current mandate with the power attached to it as a measuring yard stick. I believe that Iraq will be put on a back burner after being bombarded with an all out assault first, because Bush believes he's been given the blessings of his nation as well as God, and the USA is there to stay for at least 30-40 years due to the oil reserves, but will nevertheless concoct some lame ass excuse against Syria or Iran in order to invade next.
Where, you've got a President who is pro war and aggressive by nature with nothing to lose, he will let his emotions and faith based beliefs take control and guide him. Bush didn't give a toss about anyone in his first term, and now he won't give a toss about his own god let alone humans for what he believes is right, which unfortunately in his eyes is the ridding the whole world of evil using the Bible!

All that emotions, faith and God is topi drama. He fooled people to get votes in the name of God and morality. He is not as dumb as he looks. He acts stupid, simple and down to earth to get support of stupid people who like to see the same QUALITIES in their president.
I was actually looking for an answer on Iraq from Bush supporters not Bush bashers.
I doubt Bush will go into Sirya or Iran. The general trend of US offensive in the post WWII world is to sanction the hell out of a country, then bomb 'em for a few weeks and then take over. The sanctions will prolly take a few years on either of the two or even North Korea.
Not to mention the military in it's current position cannot afford to go to war in the coming four years.
