Bush: the worst president?

Finally, people that count, historians, educators, political analysts, are saying what almost everyone knew already.

Re: Bush: the worst president?

"And now the liberals want to stop President Reagan from selling chemical warfare agents and military equipment to Saddam Hussein, and why? Because Saddam 'allegedly' gassed a few Kurds in his own country. Mark my words. All of this talk of Saddam Hussein being a 'war criminal' or 'committing crimes against humanity' is the same old thing. LIBERAL HATE SPEECH! And speaking of poison gas . . . I SAY WE ROUND UP ALL THE DRUG ADDICTS AND GAS THEM." - Rush (oxycontin) Limbaugh, Nov. 3, 1988

Re: Bush: the worst president?

I asked this to a coworker by forwarding him the newslink.

His response:

"That is like asking if gravity exists, the earth revolves around the sun or the earth is round (vs. flat).

I am rapidly becoming an old man and, thanks to George Bush, this is the 1st time in my life that I am ashamed to be an American. "

Re: Bush: the worst president?

^^ Prez. Bush may turn out to be the worst president. However this is two early to say. Libya and Gaddafi would not have parted ways with their toys, and NK seems to be getting the correct direction (you never know about NK).

He off course is not doing well when it comes to war in Iraq. On the other hand, the US economy is not too shabby. It will be tough to use "It is the economy stupid" the way Prez Clinton used against Prez. Bush senior.

Best regards

Re: Bush: the worst president?

The wickedness of liberals knows no bounds. Do you really think that things would have been different if a liberal was in charge? Face reality folks, there is a reason Bush was elected, because liberals have no backbone, they cannot agree on a single issue. They cannot provide any solutions to the problems faced by the american people today. They are lethargic, why have we not seen a single proposal from liberals to fix the social security mess? Helathcare? Why is that? because all they can do is whine and critcise, they have no original ideas and american folks speak with their votes in elections for president, house representatives and senate.

Asif200, tell your coworker that Mexico is right across the border, I am sure he will be very happy and proud to be called a mexican.

Re: Bush: the worst president?

Re: Bush: the worst president?

Re: Bush: the worst president?

*Bush: the worst president? *

It's hard to make that assessment yet, but he is definitely working his way in that direction.

Re: Bush: the worst president?

Bush apologizers have to come in and :crying: :crying: :crying: .

It is funny that a paki is a bush apologizer considering how many of his countrymen get deported to pakistan / guantanamo etc.

Lotaness knows no bounds I see.. :rotfl:

Re: Bush: the worst president?

I am not sure what lotaness means, however, I will tell you that an illegal is an illegal is an illegal.
I am not a Bush apologizer, I have criticised him for his boneheaded decisions, but there is no better alternative waiting to happen on the other side of the aisle.
Why do you think those men were deported? They would not happen to be out of status, overstayed students or involved in some shady deals , would they?

Morons like you make my convictions even stronger regarding the sheeple who just want to hate bush and come up with no alternative solutions to the problems we are facing in US.

Re: Bush: the worst president?

Don’t you head the “Pakistanis for Bush”??? :rotfl:

Enough said!!

Re: Bush: the worst president?

I view “President “ Bush as the worst modern day president. His dwindling number of supporters say that Bush ignores the polls and does the “right thing.” Truth be told Bush ignores the vast majority of the country and serves only the very wealthy and the Republican friendly corporations. He attempts to push his extremist polices through with lies and deception. Since he weaseled his way into power on 2000, Ameirca have seen an endless series of scandals and investigations: the 9/11 commission; the Cheney Energy group scandal; The stock market accounting scandals; the missing Iraq WMD scandal; the Abu Graib/torture scandals; Haliburton contract scandals; the Plame treasongate scandal. This state of constant scandal shows a pathetic trail of deception.

Also since 2000, the nation has been cursed by an endless series of disasters and highly negative events: After Bush ignored CIA warnings of an attack, America was attacked on 9/11 in the first act of war on mainland US since the civil war; a federal budget surplus in 2000 is turned into a record deficit in four years; cost of living rises faster than wages in the last four years; Bush invades Iraq to disarm WMD and now we find no WMD or Saddam/al-Qaeda links and we find ourselves in a long term quagmire with 2,100 troops dead and 29,000 civilians killed; after cutting the funding for the New Orleans and sending the National Guard to Iraq, the city is hit with the worst flooding disaster in 100 years. The Bush Administration seems to be in a constant reactionary “Opps! gee no one could have foreseen this happening” excuse mode. This record of disaster speaks for itself.

It is apparent that the small greedy men in the Whitehouse who masquerade as the nation’s “leaders” are not looking out for the public or protecting the country. Given that the problems that America now faces are largely the Bush Administration’s creation and Bush is not admitting any mistakes, his Administration and all his lies and excuses are doomed to be rejected by the American people. The emperor is not wearing any clothes.

They don't have to treat them so bad or involve them in false cases (look at mexicans, there are millions of them more that have stayed illegal but they are not sent to guantanimo etc).

Homeland Security my a$$, rum-filled-ass of pentagon wants to "centralize" the US military, eliminating many national guard and air guard units, so the military becomes more mobile (invading other countries??? while your own security and well-being is compromised?).

Re: Bush: the worst president?

Son, dont believe everything you read on Internet. It further shows your level of intellect or lack thereof.

Re: Bush: the worst president?

^^ When did I become your son?

So, you do OR you don’t head the “pakistanis for bush” ?

Re: Bush: the worst president?

Lets look at the reality now Asif. Read it carefully so you may benefit.
9/11 commission was based on bi-partisan selection. If there are lies and deception in there, both parties are to blame. I love this one, Stcok market scandals...they all started and flourished under none other than Slick Willy. Do soem research before putting something like that in writring my friend.
Abu Graib, I am sure Bush is personally responsible for those naked pyramids just as Kerry was responsible for napalming the vietnam villages. I will not argue about the war in Iraq, because I was against it and stand with you on that issue.

You are a funny man, he ignored CIA's warnings really, how do you know that? Did they tell you that? How about Slick willy letting Osama prosper in the first place? How about him not taking him out when he had the chances (both in Afghanistan and Sudan). He could have taken him out, but he choose to destroy the medicine factory.
So no we are blaming natural disasters on people. I am sure Bush caused the Katrina and Rita...yep it is his fault.

LI, I see you doodled something, but you are on my ignore list. So keep on barking.

Re: Bush: the worst president?

Another republican runs from the truth. Run forest, runnnnn!

Re: Bush: the worst president?

While it may be premature for the 'worst president' label, it is fair to say this is the most deceptive, immoral, scandalous administration in recent history. It is also fair to say this administration has alienated more foreign governments and people than in recent memory. It is the most divisive administration in my lifetime. It is a fact that this 'conservative' administration has run up the largest deficits ever.
