That depends on you meaning Terrorism being waged by Arab and Islamic people or all terrorism around the world.
With the capture of Bin Laden, the level of islamic terrorism would have decreased but by USA invading Iraq has guaranteed that even if Al Qaeda's entire heirarchy is wiped out, that splinter cells will continue to form and attack the West.
So If USA didnt invade Iraq, then if it took out bin Laden, terrorism would have been curtailed but only after an agressive initiative to resolve the Israeli-Palestine dispute.
But alas, some Islamic extremists dont want the state of Israel to exist so even with peace between Israel and Palestine they would still attack the West for its support for Israel
My guess its a generational thing. Once peace has been established between Israel and Palestine, it will take alteast 15-20 years before islamic terrorism peters out

USA correctly nuked Hiroshima and Nagasaki to end the war.
62 Million people had died in World War II of which around 400,000 were killed by nuclear weapons and if we do a percentage thats around 0.6%
That war was bloody and hellish. Just to take Island of Okinawa, the Japanese fought fanatically and lead to the deaths of nearly 120,000 Japanese soldiers and 12,000 Americans and thousands of civilians.
Invading Japan would have cost the lives of nearly 10 Million Japanese and 1 Million Americans.
So dont come around here parading like you know anything which anyone 1st grader can tell from your posts that you know absolutely nothing.
