Right to wear a burka suppresses my right of Safety and proper identifications
Tinted windows are banned on cars because Police cannot see inside the car.
Ski Masks are banned in banks and other secured areas because video cameras are unable to pick up the faces.
Burka is banned on similar grounds. Most muslim women don't wear burkas, those that do are either forced to wear it by their male relatives or are too uneducated to know that it has nothing to do with Islam.
Are you going to support child marriages and female genital mutilation as well because they are all customs practiced in India and Africa?
You seem to be aimlessly hopping around the world but France with references such as Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights of the Constitution of the United States ----- Then you jumped to tinted windows ----- which are not outlawed everywhere in the U.S. ----- as a matter of fact most Minivans are shipped with tinted windows within the U.S. then you went to Africa with genital mutilation -----
I think we are not on the same page regarding the configurations of Burqa/Burka ----- Do you picture a shuttlecock ----- so to speak ----- that is worn by women in NWFP and Afghanistan when you picture a Burqa/Burka just a simple YES/NO?.
