what are strategies to help you from burning out? or if you are feeling burnt out.. how are ways you can lift yourself back up?
holidays?
massages?
any ideas?
Im feeling extremely exhausted yet bored with life at the moment. There is nothing to look forward to.. dont even get excited about weekends. I have a beautiful bubz to play with… yet i need something else to just get me all happy again..
im feeling highly negative.. and its not like me.. i know its not… anyone else feeling this way?
hubz thinks he knew this would happen to me sooner or later… well if its happened.. i just want a resolution..
sadzzz, i think you guys should go some place nice(and affordable) as a family..not just you alone. I think it's gonna make you feel a lot better. alot better about your relationship with your husband and baby..i hope u know what i mean.
i've been going to univ full time since last year and i remember last semester was just TOO much...i felt so bored with life, i had night classes and hubby would pick me up from univ and i was so miserable that i used to cry on our way to home and he would keep asking why im crying and i would make some stupid excuse. We went for a minivacation 2 weeks back and now i feel sooo much better and treating my poor hubby much better. I guess we just need a lil change sometimes, a small break to get our life back.
oh, i can totally imagine how stressful it can be...!!
well, am not sure if u know abt this US national park we went to it's called "Grand Canyon" which is in arizona state..it's a very beautiful and scenic place and we drove to Las Vegas from there....had an awesome time. We were really able to relax for a few days. :)
oh yeap.. ive heard of that (it's ok.. us aussies have heard about most places around the world :) )
i want to go to QLD (surfers paradise) for a few days.. but its just so hard at the moment to get away as well.. not enough leave saved up (been 6 weeks at my new job)

why not drive to some place near your city even if you've already seen it..pretend you're seeing it for the first time...lol..You can do bigger vacations when some money is saved up..i remember after the wedding, me n hubby were completely broke and didn't have money to go for honeymoon to hawai n bahamas etc. I took him to local places since he was a little new chicago anyway. :D
^ lol.. i remember that time too. After the wedding we were like broke for a few months and then had to start saving for bubz and now its the house... never ending story i think.. :)
i think we'll just do a big trip next year.. for now, maybe a 2 hour drive would do us both some good.. winter is starting officially in a day.. so lets see, maybe some snow might be on the agenda
oh right, you guys are completely different from the rest of the world....having winter during summer time..hehe.i wonder how christmas is celebrated there without any snow coz over here it's all about santa's sleigh and the snowmen...lol...! my bil stays in adelaid(sp?) so we are planning to go there next year to attend his graduation....let's see if that trip can be squeezed into our 'budget'...:-)
