Don't they carry his stuff at Ensemble in Karachi? I believe he does have some eastern formal wear, but I haven't seen or heard of a bridal collection.

I think he does - I came across a few sketches in a magazine that he had drawn for his debut line. He had a couple of conceptual bridal outfits in there, playing with some interesting colours and cuts.
They do stock his stuff at Ensemble, but I couldn't find any of his outfits - Sold out I guess?
On a side note, Ensemble had this unbelievable Sabyasachee Sari on display. They had 2 in stock and weren't as badly priced as some designer outfits either!

^^^^HAVE SPOKEN TO kAMI AND HE DOES DO BRIDAL SKETCHES HIMSELF. SAID THAT HE DOES A WIDE RANGE OF DRESSES.
so it depends on the customer--he can make extrememly traditional with gota work as well as very westernized dresses.
i did see that sketch in a magazine too---the red gharara--and from the picture it looked very pretty---karma-esque but with a "je ne said quoi"

There are a couple of threads with her name - you should be able to search for these and find her contact info in a couple of them...

this is the only bridal i have ever seen in mags or else where.. and i am NOT impressed … the dress is border line paindoo :S

SGC - i'm getting married next April inshallah and wanted to ask you if you still had those pictures of your friends wedding outfits from Bunto?
I'd like to have my wedding outfit made by her...but haven't seen enough to know what she's all about. I love her classic look and i love the class of long sleeves. It's so different on chiffon and gives the bride an elegant look. I also want tons of sparkles and Bunto seems to know how to capture that.
Can anyone help me gather photographs? I'm thinking of wearing either biscuit with an emerald and polki set or deep burgundy/maroon with the same combination jewelry. I just need to find a solid jeweler in Pakistan that can get me a polki set that is just as good as an Indian one. Some of the polki in Pakistan isn't quality.
Any thoughts anyone?

i it seems karma parting ways worked for neither of the partners... Kami is doing paindoo work - i have seen his stuff in pfdc too and its nothing special .. and as u can see his bridal is crazy too!
While karma does better financially but the designing and creative aspect is not what it was a few years ago.
