My turn!
Looks: Has to be hot, with some facial hair (like a 5 o'clock shadow, not a mulvi daari), slightly built (not lanky nor Arnold-caliber muscles) and HAS TO BE AT LEAST 5'11, 6' is PERFECT. He has to workout/go to the gym. And a defined jawline is...amazing. Sigh. Oh and awesome hair styled like the guy from Disney's movie 'Tangled' would be amazing. Job: Should have an undergrad but Masters is awesome. And I really love engineer-type guys since both my dad and grandfather were engineers. I love if a guy is extremely good at math and has interest in physics and science. Since I'm more into Liberal Arts/Literature I think we'd have an interesting household. Taste in Literature: **Don't care as long as it isn't erotica or some childish anime comics. I'm fine as long as he can read. In fact, I find it even hotter if he's extremely smart/intelligent yet hates reading. That's kinda' fascinating. **Size: No. (if regarding body, then def. slightly built (not Jersey Shore kind of muscles) but a six-pack is...awesome. And being tall. I'm 5'7" so he MUST be taller than me) Personality: I like a guy who is subtle, sophisticated, not the class-clown type, reserved, looks intimidating yet is cute and funny with me. I'm a hopeless romantic so he has to be one. Has to be understanding and supportive. And must be liberal, not pressuring and pushy. Let's me be me. Oh and doesn't take crap from other people and can defend himself. Has to also be updated with worldly affairs with a sense of humor. Respectful of me and his mom are very important. Loyal and trustworthy. MUSTS. Religion: Don't care as long as he's Pakistani, tbh. (yes, I only want a Pakistani guy, unless that guy is Ryan Gosling. -_-) Manners: Respectful, subtle, polite, knows how to get along with kids/aunties/uncles and handle a tough desi bunch. And cannot be the type who makes "bongiyaan" or acts like a clown. I dont know but that is a huge turn off. My guy has to be reserved, classy, sophisticated and the kind who opens up in front of me. I find that so hot! Skills: Knows how to handle dumb people and put them in their perspective lanes, ahem, handy around the house (can fix stuff), MATH!, knows about things happening in the world, can put up with me, can cook a few things, knows about computers and is just an all-round well-read/smart guy with at least a 3.5 GPA. 4.0 is amazing. Voice: Nothing shrilly/girly and like Nik said, more than the voice, I'd focus on the what he says.
Ahem, so that took a while but you know what? I just realized my fiance is all that above (even the things I consider a bonus, he has. O.O) , and I didn't write it keeping him in mind so I consider myself super-freaking lucky. insert partially creepy grin

can't really be that particular so won't be able to fill out all the categories.
looks don't matter, i just need to feel intense attraction to him when i look into his eyes.
religion doesn't matter to me, although for some reason i like a person that has that discipline of a religious person. in particular: having that personal,private relationship with God and that respect for God has always attracted me. as long he respects my belief system and not a snob. need to have a person that respects people of all religions.
that learned arrogance and prejudice is what would be a turn off.
personality: kind to my parents/his parents and wants to integrate with my family for my sake and has no hang ups. no "my family your family" childishness. flawed like me but big enough to admit it and attempt change, sweet, is flexible not arrogant, funny,caring, mature beyond his years, respectful to me and all women,loving,passionate and believe me all this will be reciprocated
is financially secure cuz love don't put food on the table :p.
all this is too much to ask of another human being.

Looks: should be attractive and classy…wont care what anyone says about her but she should be pretty and attractive to me! I have a thing for innocent looking girls and the girls who wear glasses so yeah she should ideally have a pair which she wears occasionally.
Job: Masters is preferable. I wont really need him to work but would like her to utilize her education. Would prevent her from going bored, stale and crazy. An ambitious girl is such a plus.
**Taste in Literature: ** should read books. and not just harry potter and twilight ones but autobiographies and etc too as I read all kinds of books and stuff…
Size or height: I also have a thing for tiny girls lol. but ideally she should be at least 5-3.. anything more than that is welcome. oh and yeh should can be a tiny bit chubby but not fat
Personality: I dont like girls who are all quiet and extremely shy. She should be talkative (but knows when to shut up) and with an excellent sense of humor and a bubbly personality. (ah the sense of humor ) Should be really mature GENERALLY… and can handle me in my immature phases. 
Must have an adventurous side to her personality (as I can be an impulsive adventure freak), should be outgoing. Doesn’t push me and gets me when I need to be left alone with my thoughts (well this bit can happen with time provided she is mature enough).
Religion: oh she has to be more religious than I am! thats for sure!!
Manners: Respectful to my family as I will be to hers. Does not lose her class in predicament and handles issues with utmost grace and calm.
Voice: A girly voice. a guy-ish voice or a bhaari voice is a turn off,
In short: an excellent combination of beauty and brains.. oh well, that doesnt exist, does it?

he should be attractive to me, jawlines hayee :jano: prefer my line of career. taste in lit. isn’t that important but whatever floats their boat, i’m more into articles based on sci and politics. personality should be good, sense of humour, ability to think for himself, having some balls. religious as me, no point wanting someone more religious or less for that matter. umm respectful to my family, as i would be to his. i hope for his sake he’s good at cooking but big on food, cuz i love food. and hot voice for sure. oh and tiny things like doing sudokus and puzzles ^___^
