no i think she’s refering the pic quality. however, after careful analysis of fashion, and the pic quality, i can say that no, those weddings probably happened last year or something like that 
just that the quality of the pics sucks. probably bad pixels/cell phone camera

Judging from the fact that she's wearing a Hindu style bindi, and from the oddly named ceremonies in the other albums (they called their nikkah an 'akth'), I'm guessing they're Bangladeshi.
Perhaps that style was in fashion there at the time...I think Bangladesh is probably well behind Pakistan when it comes to new trends.

These brides are wearing their makeup the way it should be worn,simply and elegantly. Many people including me dislike and are disgusted by Paki/Inidan brides that wear foundation ten times lighter than they r which looks hideous as well as obvious. Here are some Paki brides that know how to wear matching skin color foundation just right for their skin. (I cut out most of the clothes so every1 can focus on the face the of bride and see what actually looks good and get ideas if needed):

but don't worry...these days the trend is moving towards natural makeup. but ofcourse...the more money you pay...the better your makeup :)
