bridal dress suggestions

need all of urs suggestions…
i m getting married aft 3 mnths.. and need to get my bridal dress…but my range is not more than 40 thousand…i m planning to design it myself…but want to knw if some one knws from where i can get cheaper but neat work done…like any bazar…i m in lahore…thanx in advance…
