Hey everyone,

I have been meaning to do this for a while but didn't get around to it.

As you may or may not know, he can also do just stitching. I'm not going to put my own photos here as my casuals are nothing exciting, just what I wear at home (I'm in western clothes most of the time). But you can see from my sister's outfits above how neat his tailors stitch.

As long as you can provide him with a photo of the kapra you want and a description of how you want it stitched. If it's more fancy stitching then a picture would be best.
Unfortunately, he doesn't have time to go and take photos of what's available so you must know what kapra you want - he can get it as long as it's in stock. The receipt for this will also be provided, where available.

This is for non-kaam suits only.

The costs are thus: Kapra + Tailoring (stitching) +any additionals such as lace + Shipping (courier chosen by you) + Rs.800 service charge/his profit per outfit.

*If anyone is interested please pm me for a breakdown of tailoring charges: this varies due to a number of factors including extra ‘designing’ which makes the stitching more complicated. *

Hi,

I know a lot of people have been interested in this outfit.

My cousin who was over on the weekend was too. She wears hijab and was asking how it could be changed to suit her. I said it was coincidental that she had asked as another hijab-wearing customer had asked for a quote based on changes too.

You can see from this what the changes are:

The price for the outfit like this is Rs.13,000 £98, $160usd; as of 06/07/09]

Re: Bridal, Formal & Casual Wear from Lahore based designer

^ Wow gorgeous! I would love to wear a kameez like that however to short & to fat for it :(

stoppit-what color is the pant for the black dress?

Can this be made in any other color?

Re: Bridal, Formal & Casual Wear from Lahore based designer

shama - you can have the trousers and duputta dyed in whichever colour you like. so they can be black or they can contrast and match the embroidery instead.

Maha - the cloth is from Threads & Motifs, so just this colour available and only enough for 1 shirt too.

Another one from Threads & Motifs. Just for a single kameez, this colour only.

Maroon Chiffon with threadwork and sequins, heavier border at damun and worked all over the rest of the kameez. Stitched as a regular kameez with pure lining, properly finished with piping and satin patti at end of sleeves. [If you want anything more fancy, feel free to specify but might cost a little more]
Duputta in chiffon with satin patti border.
Trousers in Raw Silk (60gms) or Grip (80gms)
Price: Rs.7,200 (complete stitched suit)

Minus Rs.200 for a shalwar instead of trousers.
Minus Rs.300 for synthetic lining.

Shipping via PakPost is Rs.1,800 for one suit.
