Red Mughal Jamawar making time will be 1.5 weeks (or less). Shipping is not included as that depends on which courier you'd like to use and which service (standard, express).
Using Pakistan Post:
** Regular Air Parcel**
Regular air parcel takes 12 to 20 days to reach its destination. And will cost about Rs.1,500
Although, it seems the same price for their International Speed Post too.. so dunno what's going on there.
Of course you can chose DHL/UPS too, which will be more pricey.
