Re: Breaking the bodily functions barrier...

My husband is a decent one thanks God. Seriously!!

But yes my elder brother always used to burp in front of me just to tease me and enjoy my reactions since childhood. I am glad he has grown up now! :P

P.S I have experienced elderly ladies burping loudly openly and intentionally!! ! Ewww!!

Re: Breaking the bodily functions barrier...

Well what i feel that most people are used to with this stuff as their married life goes on.

Re: Breaking the bodily functions barrier...

Has anyone seen the SATC episode where carrie farts whilst in bed with Mr. Big?

Re: Breaking the bodily functions barrier...

pop a baby in front of your SO! trust me, no barriers left...farting is the last thing you think about!!!

Re: Breaking the bodily functions barrier...

My fiance and I fart in front of each other whenever we are comfortable in doing so. The sound of burps make me feel sick, but thankfully he's not of those guys who finds farts and burps funny, and when someone needs to, or it just happens, I wouldn't tell them off for it. Plus people fart all the time in their sleep, if I don't get comfortable, things would just be awkward.

Breaking the bodily functions barrier…

Haha this thread is so funny..when i got married i couldnt sleep for so many nights cause of the fear of farting infront of hubby(weird but i dont get farts in front of anyone but during sleep its unwillingly)..I got badly constipated cause I didnt want my husband to hear anythn from outside:cb: Whenever i used the washroom i would keep the muslim shower on lol so that no one hears anythn..but once i got pregnant..kidhar gai sharam haayaa..u cannot control it then..too many accidents so it least bothrs me now..hubby has always been a disgusting person even infront of his family..
Haha few days back hubby and my 2month old farted at the same time..i looked at him angrily..he said its ur daughtr i swear:hehe: he said he finally has someone to blame it on:cb:
Talk abt barriers lol once me MIL and SILs were talking and MIL laughed and opps farted..SIL said who was that and looked at her..we all knew it was her..she said its kiddo who was in her lap:rotfl:

Re: Breaking the bodily functions barrier…

burping infront of of people in our culture is a sign of showing appreciation of the food consumed. Personally I find it abit disturbing to burp loudly and openly.

Re: Breaking the bodily functions barrier...

You guys make holy matrimony sound so enticing. Thank you for the olfactory/auditory assaults on single people everywhere.

Re: Breaking the bodily functions barrier...

some folks wouldn't be so single if they knew when to plug up.

Re: Breaking the bodily functions barrier...

all these are such natural things. I think if we don't make a big deal out of them, that would be helpful for everyone. Also, just use good manners really.
