This is very interesting, but not surprising considering that Musharraf is presently in the UAE, and also all the reports that Shabaz Sharif is also negotiating with Musharraf's govt.

Yea, he will meet BB today in Dubai and then he will meet Shabaz Sharef tomorrow in Jeddha before Umra. Mushrraf is calling for all parties conference according to Aaj Tv.

ABU DHAHBI: Meeting between President General Pervez Musharraf and former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto is underway here, the reliable sources said.
It is confirmed that Musharraf-Benazir meeting is underway here, said a senor analyst of Geo Television Network Dr. Shahid Masood.
Musharraf-Benazir meeting could last for two to three hours, the sources said.

Things are now moving fast.
I expect that BB and Shabhaz will be back in Pakistan very soon, and a grand national compromise is in the offing. Musharraf as President, and BB and Sharif allowed to freely run for the PM’ship.
In the face of an extremist onslaught against Pakistan, the politicians and generals seem to have finally realised they have to get together and stop their bickering.

I have been saying this ever since I joined this forum.
Never believe the public proestations of Pakistani politicians. There is no such thing as principles or people's will in their minds, but only politcal power or a share of it any cost. It was always predictable that they could never get rid of a uniformed President and with the 2007 elections approaching fast, they are all now falling over themselves to make deals with the very man they have vilified for 5 years and more.
Long live Musharraf!
