No doubt ISI (MQM), IB and some traitors from the other agencies of Pakistan are responsible for corrupting every new leader who comes into power and being the ‘bhookay nangay greedy’ politicians that they are sell their souls to these agencies and let them (infact help them) destabilize Pakistan from its roots.
It will be a delight to know that these agencies are not allowed to function within Pakistan at all but I doubt that is the case. Placing these agencies under ministry of interior or make them report o them either means:

Sharing of the confidentional national info and resources with these agencies now hence, making it easier to destroy Pakistan further and quicker.

or that now Ministry of interior has recruited CIA agents to work in this ministry at key positions so that there is less resistance to ISI, IB and other traitors including greedy politicians in the destruction of Pakistan.
Besides, I heard that Rehman Malik holds some key position in Pakistan’s ministry of interior.
