Reuters - Sat Jul 23, 8:46 PM ET An undated photograph taken from an identification card belonging to Brazilian electrician, Jean Charles de Menezes, who was killed by British police on July 22, 2005 as they combed London for four men after attempted bomb attacks on the city’s transport system. Police admitted on July 23 that they had shot dead the wrong man, named by them as Menezes, a 27-year-old who had lived in London for the past three years.
