It is one of the most successful corporation in their space, they have a written policy of zero tolerance of racial or sexual misconduct. Firing one person to save the corporate environment is good policy. I know EQ has been there for a long time but the implementation is a lot more comprehensive and there is always ongoing training. They engage in personality tests and stuff and train people to not to be on the extremes of the wheel but come towards the centre.

It was the HR department which made the call to fire the manager.
