Why would you have to force someone to convert?
I’ve always believed that if someone converts for marragie, their intentions are not in the right place… If one was to convert (to or from any other religion), it should be for God only.
Are there not other cultures other than Pakistanis that are Muslim? There are billions of people in the world… And of those billions, Muslims make up roughly 25% of the total population.
And for your point regarding the population of men vs women, I don’t disagree that in South Asia and the Middle East there are more dudes than gals… but over all, based on the statistics (link below), there are more women than men. And these stats are a tad more recent.

One cannot simply deny that Muslim women DO have a smaller pool of men to choose from because the guy must be Muslim. So if you tell them to look outside of their race and culture, the pool of men gets even smaller because now you are expecting them to find someone who is not Desi and is either Muslim or is willing to convert. You may not be surprised that I didn't understand but I am pretty surprised you couldn't understand a simple point. Men= marry Christian, Jews, Muslims. Women= marry anyone Muslim. So Muslim men can practically marry anyone in this world! While Muslim women get about 1/3rd of the pool. -_______- then if someone has difficulty finding a Desi mate, they give up on them and start looking outside and now you have to look for what's actually common between you and the guy. You really think someone whose parents have rejected a million Desi guys would just say Okay to any nonDesi muslim or muslim convert?

I get the point about increased pool, but in your simple example you forgot about the pool of non-desi women.
