Since you CLEARLY missed the entire point of the thread, and the relation of my post with it, let me help you.

It’s good you brought this up now, because given that grabbing the wrong end of the stick is the national sport on this forum (mostly a women’s sport. like bikini wrestling), and well its better to make a clarification now.

I used 1000 MALES because, and this is the key part, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE DIFFICULTY WOMEN HAVE FINDING A MAN AND THE IMPLICATIONS OF EXPANDING (or according to theorist, and theorist alone, contracting) THE GENE POOL FOR WOMEN.

Nope, that’s not at all what I meant. Read.my.posts.again! If you have a pool of 1000 men to choose from, and 100 of them are Desi muslims. Say you have been looking at the 100 Desi muslims but at some point you give up because you can’t find the right guy or your parents don’t approve of any desi guys in those 100 guys. Now, you have moved on to the 900 guys…the pool of 1000 men now becomes 900.
