Does a mother know what she is carrying or is there anything like “feeling” it?

I guess it varies depending on the individual. But with my first, I had a dream and had a feeling it was a girl. Then with the second I didn't know. I just prayed I had healthy children and didn't ponder over gender.

Yes it was a girl. In my dream I saw a 2 or 3 year old toddler who was smiling and talking with me. As though I was looking into the future. You can take dreams seriously if you pray to God and ask him to give you a healthy child.

Its something known only to Allah.
However we used to hear lots of myths elling which signs/feelings mean a boy or a girl. Like when my cousin was expecting her baby arrived quite a few days after the expected date n some ladies suggested its definitely a girl coz baby girls arrive late 
well, it WAS a girl BUT guess what…both of my boys were born 3-5 days after due date …while my baby girl was 6 weeks premature
some say: if you like sour n spicy things it means its a girl …some say if you are physically quite active specially during last 3 months its gonna be a boy…some say if you tend to sleep a lot it will be a girl…
But i don’t believe it …actually us cousins have concluded 'girls are strange 
(but that too is not something very valid)
personally i had no idea at the time of boys …i just prayed for a healthy child …but fat my daughter’s time i experienced many different feelings but that too might be due to the fact that i was almost desperately wishing to have a girl

To some extent, yes.
When you are pregnant with girl, you want to eat sweet things, chocolate and such, and hate to even look at meat of any kind. The mother to be also grows more unexpected hair on face.
The belly just becomes big all over while carrying a girl
For boys, it is opposite! You eat meat like there is no tomorrow and hate anything sweet. With a boy, the shape of the belly is more pointy and seems like the mother to be is carrying is big watermelon.
An ultrasound test can also tell the sex of the child with 99.9% accuracy.

I think the feelings "to become a mom soon" is so wonderful no matter what either to be a mom of a son or daughter, but some times there are dreams comes in mind may be its a baby girl or a baby boy. I just prayed for a healthy and cute baby.

i heard that women who are carrying girls like sour and salty food while mommies of boys crave 4 sweet things… myths!

Jias, you are SO right!! I had 5 pregnancies, lost 2 and had 3 boys. I never had a good feel of whether it was boy or girl with any of the 5 pregnancies.
I was ravenous for steak n potatoes but also went nutso if I didnt get my daily chunk of dark chocolate "tuxedo cake" so here we have meat craving plus sweet craving....with all 5 pregnancies.
its a different story for each and every woman on the planet. And that makes it even more special than it already is!

These are all guesses. You never know whats gonna be the gender of child. Not even a mother knows whats inside her. Only Allah knows.
The things mentioned above are all made ups and wild guesses.

I like junk food like snacks also like meat, veges and fruits. At the time of my birth my mom liked all meat dishes items no sweets but at the time of my brother my mom liked only veges, she didn’t like meat at all, so these all are myths either what you like to eat or the shape of belly or any other predcition.
Only Allah knows whats inside 
. Again I say only pray for a healthy and smiling baby aameen.

I crave for sweet things but also eat things like sausages and chips (salty)… last night i saw that my mom gifted me a frock… does that mean i’ll have a girl

I don't think anyone can tell what the gender of the baby will be until the baby has born.
I am some what vegetarian (don't eat any kind of meat, but i like dairy product), but had a boy so don't think eating meat or not eating meat can tell what the gender will be.

I’ve heard of the position parents r in while concieving the baby will tell whether they’rehaving a boy or a girl
