ooh maroush! exciting!! :) here are my top picks.

Aaryan - Of Utmost strength - I'd spell this Aryaan as I believe the emphasis is on the "yaan" part not the "Aar" part. this would also discourage people from pronouncing it as "Aryan" like the Aryan Nation.
Rayhan - Ease, fragrant herb, sweet basil, comfort.
Rehan - Scented
Saahir - Wakeful
Nael - Triumph - I'd spell this Nyle instead, as it looks nicer and won't be mistakenly pronounced Nail. Nyle also means acquirer/earner in Arabic and the baby I know with this name is ADORABLE. i'm all for it!

i also love Rayyid and Rohail. Rayyid means leader/general. Rohail means "noble" according to a google search but please verify this if you do like it. also a very religious muslim couple in our family named their son Rohan/Rohaan which i also love (it reminds of the Riders of Rohan from LOTR hahaha). i can't find the muslim meaning online but i'm 150% sure it has one as they would never have named their child that otherwise. so if you like it, do some huntin'!

i also think Miekyle is lovely, and I'm partial to Jibrael also.

ooh, also, one of my bff's is qurat-ul-ain too and we call her annie as well! well, i call her anna, but everyone else (even at her work) call her annie. yay for annie! haha :)

also Sahar, i've never heard of Aryaana as a derivative of Aryaan. the name Ariana/Arianna is Greek and means "very holy one".

^My gut was a boy too. The U/S showed a girl! But that was pretty early. Now everyone looks at my stomach (I'm all stomach these days) and says, "It's a boy!"

I'm hoping to get another U/S.

from what i found out, Rohan/Rohaan is Arabic and means “refreshing”. i’d say go with this meaning more than the Riders of Rohan lol.

Thanks SGC! And yes… he’s weird… i don’t know how he doesn’t like it! A while back, my friends and his friends came over for a LOTR marathon… most of us were teary at the end… he wasn’t even phased by it.. the stone! :vivo:
