i had lil crakers for breakfast and water
was sitting all day on my ass to do my assignment work
dint walk today had too much work n muscle pain..ill aim tht for tom
had a lil rice for lunch was craving for it
for early dinner i had corn flakes n skimmed milk
had fresh veggies a few hours later
